Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Trade and Store Services team, taking care of trade marketing coordination and logistics and providing administrative support and delivery in PoS.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Coordination and Logistics
- Forecast inventory and demand spikes due to trade promotions
- Coordinate with local Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics for effective trade marketing coordination & logistics
- Support in the execution of field sales marketing plan
- Manage internal / customer requests and support the activation of external agencies, 3PL, for the production of assets for trade price & promotions management; manage trade promotion billing and settlement
PoS Materials Inventory/Logistics Management
- Support in the PoS materials inventory / logistics management by engaging external agencies for materials production / replenishment in PoS, managing trade promotion logistics & delivery, performing service level and inventory stocks monitoring and controlling budget
