Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trade and Store Services team for a dynamic and proactive individual to take ownership of the Point of Sale Logistics (POSL) platform—a Salesforce-based commercial ordering tool for Trade & Marketing Materials.
This role is pivotal in driving the adoption, onboarding, and continuous development of POSL across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Commercial Development, National Accounts, and IT to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs and delivers a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce – POSL Management of POS materials within POSL
• Point of Sale Materials (POSM) Data Management and Governance
Oversight of POSM data within Salesforce, including the creation and maintenance of key attributes such as brand, category, delivery type, unit cost, images, related products, and material notifications.
• Visibility Management of POS Materials
Control and configuration of POSM visibility across Salesforce and POS shops, ensuring appropriate access and presentation across platforms.
• POSM Stock Allocation and Quota Management
Coordination of POSM stock distribution across all CCEP environments and sales channels, with application of relevant quotas to ensure balanced and strategic allocation.
• Data Integrity
Ensure data integrity and perform comprehensive cleansing of all Salesforce data attributes linked to POSL
Salesforce - POSL System Development and Support
• System Testing Ownership
Lead monthly system testing activities to ensure POSL functionality, stability, and performance.
• Integration Issue Management
Monitor, manage, and resolve integration failures or issues impacting POSL operations.
• System Development Coordination
Act as the primary liaison with IT for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong working relationships with other CCEP markets to support alignment and knowledge sharing.
• POSL Governance Participation
Attend all scheduled POSL calls to stay aligned on system updates, priorities, and cross-market initiatives.
Salesforce – POSL Reporting
• Salesforce Reporting
Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and communication of Salesforce reports to support business insights and decision-making.
• Power BI Reporting
Ownership of Power BI management reporting, including dashboard development, data visualization, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Salesforce POSL Operations and Enablement
• POSM Structure Planning
Implement the POSM structure for the upcoming year, ensuring all materials are aligned with the updated PICOS framework.
• Creation & Management of POSL order creation
Manage and process bulk order forms efficiently to support timely and accurate POSM distribution.
• POSL Adoption and Onboarding
Drive increased adoption of the POSL platform by onboarding key stakeholders, including Commercial Development and National Accounts teams.
• Training Collaboration
Partner with Training and Tech teams to develop and deliver effective training materials that support user understanding and engagement with POSL.
While the responsibilities outlined above form the core of this role, Trade and Store Services is responsible for a wide range of operational processes. Depending on team workload and business priorities, you may be required to support / manage additional operational activities as needed. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are essential to ensure seamless support across the function.
Experience required
Experience in project management / platform management / tools integration & governance is a plus
