Job Purpose
Reporting to the Data Insights Services Director, this role will lead the continuous improvement agenda, drive Agile mindset and processes, and provide expertise and guidance on transformation projects. The role sits in Sofia alongside the Data and Insights Services and the Business Intelligence teams and offers an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on providing decision-support to ultimately accelerate business performance for CCEP.
The aim of the DIS teams is to provide on time and accurate reporting, and insightful analysis to the Business unit and group stakeholders, with continuous focus on standardization, efficiency and improving ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the continuous improvement agenda for the Commercial and Supply Chain DIS / BI teams
• Work with the DIS/BI leads towards a central continuous improvement plan and track it’s success.
• In collaboration with the DIS/BI lead(s) and relevant stakeholders, maintain the planning and delivery process (prioritize, allocate resources, organize the development and analyze the outputs)
• Drive the Agile mindset and processes in the DIS / BI teams – drive the adoption and optimization of agile (scrum) framework and routines
• Focus routines towards optimal capacity utilization in terms of value maximization and delivery efficiency
• Support the Director in driving initiatives and challenging the DIS team on how areas operate today and the improvements that can be made to align with the target operating model and unified ways of working
• Support the Director in driving a unified process for hiring, onboarding, and upskilling the DIS / BI teams
• Lead or support internal projects for new tools / technologies integration, with focus on AI, aiming at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the DIS teams.
Governance, Training and Performance measurement
• Refine and implement the governance and agreed ways of working across the DIS/BI teams
• Together with the reporting leads, define and monitor meaningful KPIs for performance
• Drive improvement into the ways of working of the DIS team, while encouraging best practices between team members
• Work with the reporting leads in creating and tracking a training plan that builds the capabilities of the team for the future
• Assure Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans are in place and tested at a minimum on an annual basis.
Transformation and Project support
• Support the existing and new projects related to Data and Analytics
• Identify and manage risks, issues (blockers) and dependencies, eliminate conflicts and determine appropriate actions.
Key Stakeholders
• DIS Commercial and Supply Chain teams, Data and Analytics teams, BI team
• Other – SSC, CoE
Experience preferred
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in a multinational organization
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement initiatives, ideally in an agile framework
• Strong organizational and planning skills are required, so prior experience working in projects is a plus
• Data and Analytics understanding/background
Qualifications required
Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
Functional technical skills required
• MS Office Suite Skills, and an understanding of BI tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Azure ADF)
• Project management skills, Agile management skills
• Understanding of a Data and Analytics environment
• Understanding of commercial and supply chain operations is an advantage
