Sr Mgr, CS&SC Change Management

Job Purpose:
To lead and embed change management practices across transformation programs within Customer Service & Supply Chain and ISS, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working. This role will capture learnings from past transformations, develop a change playbook, and build a scalable governance framework to support future initiatives. A critical aspect of this role is navigating change in alignment with EWC processes and ensuring effective engagement with People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for transformation programs.
2. Create and maintain a transformation change playbook based on past learnings.
3. Design and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
4. Support project teams in identifying change impacts and mitigation strategies.
5. Establish governance frameworks for change across CS&SC and ISS.
6. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build change capability.
7. Monitor and report on change adoption, readiness, and resistance.
8. Collaborate with PMO and Transformation Managers to align change activities with project timelines.
9. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change-related risks and opportunities.
10. Ensure alignment with EWC processes, including preparation of documentation, engagement with employee representatives, and compliance with consultation timelines.
Key Stakeholders (internal and external)
Internal: BTO, CS&SC Centers of Excellence (CoEs), D&A, CS&SC Finance, P&C, BPT, E&T, DT&P, PACS, QSE, Business Units from Europe and APS.
External: External Consultants, European Works Council.
Experience preferred
• 8+ years in change management roles within large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience working with or within EWC frameworks, including consultation and communication processes.
• Background in supply chain, operations, or enterprise systems (e.g., ISS).
• Experience in matrixed, multinational organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
Qualifications required
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
2. Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
3. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus..
