Sr Mgr, Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose 

This is a strategic, business-facing leadership role responsible for shaping and guiding the Talent Acquisition (TA) function to effectively meet the organisation’s hiring needs. You will lead the TA team in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions aligned with workforce planning, while managing key stakeholders and ensuring high-quality execution across all hiring activities.

In addition to operational leadership, you will drive transformation initiatives such as building our Employer Brand in the local employment market, developing proactive talent pipelines, designing early career recruitment strategies and strengthening internal recruitment capabilities. 

As a member of the CCEP TA Lead Community of Practice, you will also contribute to thought leadership and the continuous improvement of TA excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Partnership

•    Prepares talents maps and talent cost for potential roles to be hired in BG 

•    Defines and implements innovative talent acquisition strategies for the organisation that supports its growth plans 

•    Conceptualize and implements employer branding strategies to increase talent attraction

•    Use workforce planning and market insights to shape hiring strategies

•    Represent TA at leadership meetings

Recruitment Delivery

•    Lead on critical/senior hiring for the business including the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer, onboarding

•    Lead mass recruitment campaigns to support organizational restructuring, digital transformation, and expansion efforts.

•    Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike

•    Ensures delivery of recruitment based on metrics such as time to fill, job offer acceptance rate, cost per hire etc

Sourcing & Talent Pipelines

•    Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs through innovative sourcing techniques

•    Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent maps, and networks

TA Projects & Continuous Improvement

•    Contribute to global TA projects, process enhancements, and systems rollouts

•    Continuously improve current metrics through implementation of process improvement

Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement

•    Partner with hiring managers to build inclusive, capability-led teams

•    Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

•    Represent TA externally at community, university, and industry events

People Leadership

•    Align team delivery with business priorities and succession planning goals

•    Continuously build the capability of the TA professionals through coaching, driving performance and engagement

•    Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and inclusion

Data & Analytics

•    Monitor recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

•    Use data to drive continuous improvement in sourcing, selection, and onboarding.

•    TA budget owner

Experience preferred

•    6 – 10 + years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house, RPO, or agency)

•    Experience in companies on growth mode (with volume hiring) 

•    Experience leading or coaching a team

•    A track record of sourcing and hiring diverse, high-performing talent

•    Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

•    Experience using SuccessFactors, Eightfold or similar ATS

•    Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and local employment law

•    Strong communication, organisation, and planning capabilities

Language capability 

Advanced verbal and written English skills
