The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Accounting Officer to join our Planning Partners & Performance Management team based in North Sydney. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting the accurate and timely execution of customer pricing set-up across CCEP.
Working closely with Key Account Managers, the National Sales Centre, Collection Officers, Logistics, Scheduling, Legal, Financial Accounting and Commercial teams, you’ll help ensure customer pricing is established accurately and in line with CCEP guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the execution of customer pricing set-up in a timely and accurate manner, in line with CCEP guidelines and policies.
Work closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support accurate customer pricing requirements.
Liaise with the National Sales Centre, Collection Officers, Logistics, Scheduling, Legal, Financial Accounting and Commercial teams to resolve pricing-related queries and requirements.
Ensure relevant pricing information is accurately captured and processed across the appropriate systems and processes.
Identify and escalate discrepancies, risks or issues that may impact the timely execution of customer pricing.
Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure pricing activities are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Contribute to effective communication and collaboration across Finance and key business stakeholders.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented and organised finance professional who enjoys working with data, processes and stakeholders to deliver accurate outcomes. You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities, working across teams and ensuring work is completed within agreed timeframes.
In addition, you will have:
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance and commercial teams.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving queries and discrepancies.
Confidence working with systems, data and established processes.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
