Our friends and colleagues from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups offer invaluable insights, and we're working hard to listen to their perspectives to make CCEP even more inclusive. As a Stonewall Global Diversity Champion, we provide a safe place for our LGBTQ+ colleagues to rise with pride. And we're a proud signatory of the Valuable 500 pledge — which means that we're putting disability inclusion on our business leadership agenda to help colleagues with disabilities succeed in their careers.

We’re doing this through our Group wide sustainability action plan : This is Forward. This plan sits at the heart of our long-term business strategy.

It sets out the actions we are taking on six key environmental topics, where we know we can make a significant difference on areas our stakeholders want us to prioritise and aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
