Roshara joined the CCEP family as a Graduate Engineer in 2021. While completing her degree at Auckland University of Technology, Roshara completed a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming course, which set her up well for our heavily automated plants.

Simon joined the CCEP family 8 years ago – initially joining as a Regional Key Account Manager, then moving into a Senior Territory Sales role before he jumped into his current Sales Manager role, which he has had for 4 years.

After spending much of her career in relationship manager roles, including 12 years at the Chamber of Commerce, Shelley never thought of herself as a salesperson. But in 2019 the opportunity arose for an Area Sales Manager position at another beverage business – she took the leap into sales and has not looked back!
