Health and wellbeing

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential, impartial and professional service available for all employees, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With face-to-face and telephone counselling, advice or specialist information available, and rich online resources to help through life’s challenges, we’re here, no matter what.

Our Wellbeing First Aider initiative works with employees to build an internal support network for mental health. We’ve even launched a specialist training programme to empower volunteers to break the stigma and make conversations around mental health easier to have for all colleagues.
