Business Manager - Foodstuffs North Island

Our customer partnerships play a critical part in the on-going success of our business. We are looking for a talented individual to take on the challenge of building on the existing partnership we have with Foodstuffs North Island.  If you like a challenge and are looking to take on the next phase of your account management career, working in a fast-paced environment then this is a role for you. This is an initial fixed term contract until September 2026.

Your Impact 

Reporting directly to our Head of Customer in Grocery, you will be responsible for leading and managing our partnerships with one of our leading Grocery partners. The Business Manager will develop and execute a business strategy that drives success across the key commercial objectives.

  • Promotional plan execution
  • Customer business reviews
  • Manage trade spend
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Propose key brand initiatives
  • Category management

About You 

A customer-focused approach with a drive to consistently achieve successful outcomes for our customer and CCEP, will put you on the right path to success in this role. Commercially astute and a proven high performer, you’ll have experience bringing strategies to life to achieve outstanding results.  Finally, you'll need to be willing to get stuck into the detail while maintaining your focus on the big picture objectives.
