This role in the Commercial Excellence function and supports the Licensed channel (retail and on-premise liquor). You’ll play a key role linking Marketing and Sales to ensure effective activation across mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, RTDs, and premium full-bottle spirits.
We’re looking for an experienced Trade Marketer with strong project management skills to join a high-performing, supportive team. This is a full-time hybrid role, reporting to Trade Marketing Lead - Away From Home, based in Auckland and a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our alcohol portfolio.
Your Impact
You will lead the delivery of always-on communications and marketing toolkits for the Field Sales team, ensuring consistency and high execution standards. This role requires strong project and time management skills, along with the ability to quickly adapt to CCEP systems.
As a key connector to Field Sales, you’ll also contribute to:
- Developing sell-in materials for head office customers
- Defining the Picture of Success in-store (range, merchandising, and point of sale)
- Delivering a calendar of brand activations in collaboration with Brand and Licensed Sales teams
This role is central to bringing our brands to market effectively.
About You
You are an established Trade or Shopper Marketer with around 5 years’ FMCG experience, ideally within New Zealand. You’re customer-focused, proactive, and bring:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Alignment with channel strategy and commercial objectives
