Senior Rewards Analyst

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Rewards for the Iberia Business Unit, this role will partner with key stakeholders to lead and support a wide range of Rewards initiatives, including policies, tools, and strategic projects.
Key Responsabilities:
Coordinate CCEP’s annual salary review and bonus processes, ensuring data accuracy and system readiness in collaboration with People Services, Central Rewards, Talent Management, and external consultants.
Ensure effective benefits management, lead the flexible compensation program, conduct market pricing analyses, harmonize and expand the benefits catalogue, track costs and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
Conduct internal and external benchmarking to provide data-driven insights and recommendations aligned with CCEP’s global Rewards philosophy.
Leverage analytics to support labor cost planning and monitoring in partnership with Labour Relations, HR Business Partners, and Finance.
Maintain and enhance Rewards tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and proposing continuous improvements.

What do we expect from you?
We’re seeking a high-potential, proactive, and solution-oriented professional who thrives under pressure, has experience in cross-functional projects, and brings knowledge of Rewards policies and Workforce Intelligence.
Academic Education required:
University level Degree in ADE, HR, or similar
2–3 years of experience in Rewards (preferred), HR operations, or any analytical role.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Portuguese is a plus!
Experience:
Solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles and market practices, including familiarity with Mercer, WTW, or Korn Ferry methodologies.
Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation Module and Employee Central is a plus.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel skills.
Technical and Soft skills:
Proven project and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends, develop insights, and propose actionable solutions.
