The Role

Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for keeping equipment running at its best? We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in servicing, repairing, and maintaining beverage equipment at our customers’ sites.

In this role, you'll work with a range of equipment including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain Dispensing Equipment, Vending Machines, Frozen Beverage Machines, and Coffee Machines. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably.

You’ll also be expected to embody our company values, consistently demonstrate safe behaviours, and support our ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular safety toolbox talks and uphold a strong safety culture.
  • Install, maintain, and repair beverage equipment at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and software issues efficiently.
  • Deliver technical support and training to customers.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
  • Comply with OHS regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in workplace inspections and audits.
  • Manage service parts inventory and handle tools responsibly.
  • Travel to various customer locations, sometimes at short notice.
  • Join a rotating weekend and on-call roster
  • Communicate professionally and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay up to date with equipment and technology advancements.
  • Participate in weekend and on call roster

About You

  • Trade qualified in Electrical or Refrigeration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Clear and confident communicator across all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driven by continuous improvement and a proactive mindset.
