About your new role…

In this role you will support the State Manager - Away From Home, in executing state based partnerships in field including stadiums, catered venues and special events. This will include owning both the relationship and execution of smaller Local Trade partnerships, as well as working with National and State Business Managers to execute National Chains partnerships with key state contacts for some large customers. In addition, you will assist in relationship management and implementation of agreed plans with MSO groups within National Chains. This is customer facing, where you will work with the relevant national and state business managers to implement strategy across these local groups. As such, it will be critical to maintain communication and an operating rhythm with members of the National Chains team.

What will you be doing?

  1. Partnership Relationships and Execution
    • Ensure state based partnerships including stadiums, catered venues and special events are executed in alignment to contractual obligations
    • Ensure compliance to any prevailing sponsorship agreement
    • Own both the relationships and execution of Local Trade partnerships
    • Execute National Chains partnerships in accordance with contractual obligations

  1. Co ordination of Activity
    • Work with your state team to allocate resources to activate stadiums, venues and special events
    • Ensure all resources are trained and fully aware of requirements
    • Ensure all resources are aware of safety requirements for themselves and others
    • Regularly check-in with resources to ensure all requirements are met

  1. Stakeholder Management
    • State contact for National Chains MSO groups
    • Relationship management for key National Chains MSO customers within the State
    • Maintain monthly contact with National Chains team
    • Ensure effective routines and stakeholder management and hold others accountable

  1. Equipment Planning
    • Ensure equipment is utilised effectively and ROI is achieved in all events
    • Ensure cooler purity is maintained and CCEP provide coolers for NARTD purposes only
    • Ensure equipment is sighted on a regular basis, reducing the opportunity for theft or loss in trade
