If you're driven, passionate and ambitious, the CDE Spare-Parts Coordinator position based in LAE is the ideal role for you.

The role:

The CDE Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for providing frontline support to both internal and external teams. This role coordinates efficient scheduling and manages spare parts inventory, ensuring the availability of spares and timely service delivery, as well as accurate stock control and effective support for the Operations and Service teams. Furthermore, this position ensures seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and sales teams to deliver and maintain high-quality service and spare parts management.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Tertiary Qualification.
  • Computer literate.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment service processes.
  • A minimum of 1 - 3 year’s experience in the service field and inventory control role.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of cooler/equipment asset processes is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality service
  • Ability to multi-task
