The role:
The Fleet Manager leads the strategic and operational management of the company’s fleet of vehicles. This role oversees the planning, performance and compliance of fleet operations across all regions, ensuring vehicles are available, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. The Fleet Manager supervises the Fleet Coordinator(s), manages vendor relationships, and drives continuous improvement in fleet performance, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead fleet strategy, procurement & performance targets
- Oversee maintenance, diagnostics & compliance
- Manage vendor contracts & fuel supply
- Analyze fleet data & drive cost-saving initiatives
- Supervise Fleet Coordinators & promote safety culture
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s in business or Fleet Management
- 3–5 years’ experience in fleet leadership
- Strong vendor, data, and team management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI & fleet systems
- Valid Class 6 Driver’s License
