The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated Vending Machine Stockist to support our expanding network of vending machine locations. This role is essential in ensuring our machines remain fully stocked, clean, and functioning optimally, contributing to an excellent customer experience at every site.
This is a full-time, permanent position, covering Metro Melbourne area. This field‑based role requires extensive travel across your territory, servicing multiple sites per day.
The work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Refill vending machines according to planned schedules and stock requirements
- Ensure machines are clean, well-presented and fully operational
- Conduct test vending and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards
- Accurately manage stock and minimise inventory variances
- Complete all daily service calls as scheduled
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks
- Adhere to all safety and compliance requirements
- Support equipment maintenance and servicing activities
- Identify and share new customer and business opportunities when encountered
About You
You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition, you will have:
Full Australian driver's licence (essential) and a MR/HR licence is advantageous
Physically capable of lifting our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
Experience in merchandising, delivery driving, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
Professionally presented and confident representing the brand at customer sites
Able to manage time effectively while meeting scheduled service requirements
