Our Milton Keynes Operations Centre is responsible for the purchase, distribution and refurbishment of all our cold drink equipment throughout GB. Every cooler; vending machine and dispensing equipment comes from here.
The Centre is also home to our Contact Centre which is a 364 days a year, 7 days a week operation to support with calls ranging from equipment service requests, new business enquiries and machine movements as well as internal support for our Field Engineering Team and New Business Team. The Telefix team is also based here, offering over the phone support to our customers to help get their equipment functioning.
What to expect:
The main role of the Digital Printing Coordinator is to support day to day running of the Digital Printing facility within Equipment Services at Milton Keynes. However, it is a broad role and covers a variety of areas to support the wider operation and management team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Responsible for maintaining the image library associated with producing core products
- Booking consumables and parts into SAP
- Working to the main refurbishment production plan, ensuing the appropriate graphics are available.
- Operation of all printers and cutter.
- Use of Adobe Illustrator and creating image files.
- Working on minimising waste by developing best practice and optimising print files.
- Producing video content to support the site and wider business.
- Coordination and execution of small parts assembly requirements.
- Acting as the point of contact for the department in the absence of the Team Leader
Skills & Essentials:
- Experience of working in a printing environment
- Good working knowledge of SAP is essential
- Previous use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential, along with the experience of video content creation and editing skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
