Workshop Technician

About your new role…

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Workshop Technician to join our team in Moorabbin, VIC. Our Equipment Services (EQS) Operations team is a dynamic environment and has responsibility for the warehousing, set up and delivery of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. Your role will support the EQS team to provide high quality sales equipment to both internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of KPI’s within Equipment & Services department.

We are proud to be able to offer flexibility for this role to be part time, job share or full time. The hours of operation are 6:00am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm which gives you your afternoons back!

The Key Responsibilities include;

  • To repair equipment and return it to a field ready condition.
  • To ensure that all jobs are costed off in real time using CCEP Apps and is completed in full for each item of equipment.
  • To ensure that all work is performed in accordance with CCEP equipment standards.
  • To communicate the completion of jobs to the Workshop Team Leader on a timely basis.
  • To communicate to the Workshop Team Leader, the rescheduling of jobs that require further attention.
  • To report to the Workshop Team Leader any sub-standard conditions that lower efficiencies, degrade product quality, effect safety or cause equipment failure.
  • To maintain adequate spare parts stocks levels in the refurbishing area.
  • All spare parts required from store location to be requested in a timely manner, with all paperwork to be checked and forwarded to the Workshop Team Leader or Store Person for processing
  • Ensure Parts and asset stocktakes and cycle counts are completed as per schedule
  • Actively participate in training, development and assessment programs

About You

  • Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints / multi tasking!
  • Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organisational capabilities

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding and experience in Equipment and Services department.
  • Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
  • Refrigeration Trade Qualifications / Licence
