Our People and Culture Team create communities for our people and customers to thrive. We set and deliver Coca-Cola Europacific Partners People strategy and everything we do enables performance and growth.  As trusted business advisors, the People and Culture function works with our Customers to focus on activities that strengthen business performance, such as building leadership skills, talent and succession plans to drive high performance, and creating a culture that encourages inclusion, collaboration and employee engagement.  All this ensures that our customers, brand owners and suppliers support our return to growth.

We have a great opportunity for a dynamic People & Culture professional to join our Partnering team for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is supporting our VIC business and will need to be located in VIC.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture - Commercial, you will partner with State Leaders to deliver strong outcomes against the priorities of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Customer Group people plan.

What You’ll Be Doing…



  • Providing thought leadership and coaching to leaders on Talent & succession planning; performance management; industrial relations; employee relations; reward; organisational change; capability development; culture & engagement and diversity & inclusion strategies.
  • Employee relations case management for non-frontline roles (Team Leader and above in the state).
  • Coaching mid and frontline leaders to enable strong business performance.

What You’ll Bring



  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to act as a trusted adviser
  • Experience with influencing business leaders, stakeholder and implementing a strategy
  • proactive Employee Relations experience
  • Experience, willingness to negotiate Enterprise Agreement (supported by WPR)
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills
  • the ability to translate business challenges into commercial solutions
  • the ability to collaborate closely with People & Culture and business stakeholders
