You’ll take ownership of sourcing strategies across domestic ANZ transport (road, rail, sea), ocean freight, and third-party warehousing, partnering with both internal stakeholders and a complex supplier base. This role reports to the Procurement Tower Lead – Indirects (ANZ) and works closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have deep expertise in logistics procurement, and are ready to lead strategic negotiations and category initiatives — this is your opportunity to drive real impact.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for freight, logistics and 3PL services across ANZ and ocean freight across the API region
- Partner with logistics and commercial teams to unlock value and drive efficiencies across the supply chain
- Lead contract negotiations, RFIs/RFPs, supplier performance reviews, and manage strategic supplier relationships
- Identify and deliver cost savings, working capital improvements and service-level enhancements
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of service costs
- Champion CCEP’s Sustainability and CRS agenda, working with suppliers to meet environmental, social, and governance expectations (e.g. recyclable packaging, Ecovadis, SBTI)
- Act as a category expert, providing guidance to other procurement stakeholders across the business
- Where applicable, lead and develop team members through coaching and CCEP’s development programs
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years’ experience in procurement, with a strong focus on freight, logistics, or supply chain categories
- Proven ability to create and implement category strategies and lead complex supplier negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen, influencing skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, 3PL, or other high-volume industries is highly desirable
- Exposure to sustainability and corporate responsibility requirements in procurement is a plus
- Ideally degree-qualified and/or holding a relevant procurement or supply chain certification

- Working with one of the world’s most recognisable brands.
- Free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends (including Coca-Cola, Mount Franklin, Monster, and more!).
- Access to our corporate benefits including Fitness Passport & discounts with our many diverse customers including Microsoft, Lenovo, Hertz, GoGet and Estee Lauder.
