ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our reward strategy. You’ll provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations to ensure our remuneration and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support salary reviews and reward initiatives
- Analyse compensation data and trends to inform decision-making
- Support the annual remuneration review and incentive processes
- Maintain and enhance reward-related data models and reporting tools
- Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and broader P&C team to ensure alignment across reward programs
- Assist in the development and communication of reward policies and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal governance standards
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, compelling way
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of remuneration frameworks and market benchmarking methodologies
