About the Role
As the Syrup Room Team Manager, you will lead a team responsible for preparing and managing the syrup that forms the base of our beverages. You’ll work closely with our Production, Quality and Inventory teams to ensure everything flows safely, smoothly and with a high level of accuracy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, working with ingredients and processes, and creating an environment where a team feels supported to deliver great results.
What You Will Be Doing
• Leading and supporting Syrup Room operations to ensure consistent quality and safe production
• Coaching, guiding, and developing a team of 12–15 in a collaborative, people‑focused way
• Working with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and resolve issues together
• Reducing ingredient and syrup wastage through problem‑solving and process improvement
• Managing cycle counts, compliance requirements, and documentation
• Maintaining SAP/PAR and WM accuracy
• Allocating syrup batches and ensuring accurate traceability
• Engaging positively with suppliers and internal partners to prevent issues
What We’re Looking For
• Experience within production, manufacturing, FMCG, food or beverage operations
• Confidence using SAP or the willingness to learn with support
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
• A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in developing people
• Experience with raw materials, inventory, or compliance processes is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills (desirable)
