The Role:
Planning is at the heart of what we do! It brings together all the touch points across CCEP from teams who plan manufacturing runs at our sites - from customer supply teams who work with our large customers to look for more efficient ways of doing things, to our central demand and supply teams who match our customers’ needs with what we can supply them with.

Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will be working with one of our key customers, Woolworths, as the key link within CCEP.
The primary function of this role is to manage consistent supply chain operations between CCEP and Woolworths, thus ensuring alignment on the following channels: Service Levels, Forecasting, and Inventory Management - whilst continuing to both build and nurture strong relationshipswith internal and external customers.
With a minimum of three days based at Woolworths head office at Bella Vista and one at our Northmead site, your role will be on ensuring the optimisation of orders, stock holdings and overall service levels through effective use of supply chain management principles and initiatives.
Due to the nature of this role, intermediate proficiency in Excel & Word is essential.
A typical day will see you be (but not limited to doing):
Aligning systems & process to deliver operational efficiencies in ordering as well as data outputs to improve the planning process and stock availability.
Enhancing customer service experience through effectively communicating priorities and issues to relevant departments, demand planning, sales, distribution and marketing
Identifying opportunities for mutual reduction of supply chain costs. Order fill, Frequency, Patterns, Efficiencies
Meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual objectives driving results and outcomes, to ensure KPI’s are directly linked to CCEP's strategic plan
Ordering the right stock, delivered at the right time, in the right quantities
Providing accurate and timely order forecasts inputs (through relevant channel consensus or ad hoc as required e.g. pipefill)
Ensuring new lines are in customers in the shortest possible period, with new lines speed to market being higher than competitors, including management of pack changes. This includes master data set ups, first to market orders and ongoing review of performance.
Minimising out of stocks by reporting OBSL /DIFOT daily to the relevant teams (insights and reporting and planning teams). Provide advance knowledge of expected out of stock levels to relevant teams (including Planning, Sales and customers as required)
Providing effective communication of priorities and issues to demand planning, MAKE Optimisation, sales, distribution, etc as relevant
Managing orders to be optimised to CCEP and customer to assist in cost effective deliveries. Identify opportunities for mutual supply chain efficiencies (e.g. Order fill, frequency, patterns, efficiencies, delivery time slots)
