The role:
The Fleet Coordinator oversees the operational and administrative aspects of the company’s light vehicle fleet. This includes vehicle tracking, diagnostics, servicing, and vendor management. The role ensures that vehicles are always in good condition for use, while also identifying opportunities to reduce fleet-related costs and improve efficiency. The Fleet Coordinator is responsible to ensure all vehicles are checked and oversees the quotes from vendors vs the actual condition of the vehicles. This position must unsure that all quotes are accurate and correct, inspecting the vehicle before and after the quotes, as well as after the vehicle has been returned to the users.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics for all vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles before and after service; validate vendor quotes for accuracy.
- Monitor vehicle tracking systems and maintain up-to-date fleet records.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for servicing, fuel, and parts.
- Analyze fleet costs and recommend savings initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations.
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Automotive Technology (preferred)
- 2–3 years’ experience in fleet or automotive servicing
- Strong organizational & technical skills
- Valid Class 6 Driver’s License
