About the Equipment and Service Team…

The EQS team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up, delivery and service of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers!

This includes but is not limited to Warehouse and Workshop Operations, Installation of equipment and servicing and auditing equipment out in the field – Without our fabulous EQS team, our customers wouldn’t be able to have our iconic beverages be enjoyed by you!

About your new role… 

  • Location: Brisbane
  • Work hours: 8am to 4pm (but opportunity to manage yours and our customers schedule to suit)
  • Monday to Friday work week
  • Tools of the trade provided: Service Vehicle, iPhone and iPad

As our new Cold Drinks Technician and reporting to the Field Service Manager you will be responsible for helping to deliver a Quality Beverage to consumers by responding to preventive maintenance and breakdowns of both our hot and cold beverage equipment located in customer sites such as Hungry Jacks, Subway and within bars and hotels throughout Brisbane!

We are looking for a confident, friendly team member with excellent written and verbal communication, as customer facing is at the heart of this role and you will be expose to several different environments at any given time. You will never be bored as no two days are ever going to be the same!

This exciting role requires you to really have a passion for customer service, as well as a high attention to detail – The work you do you will really make a difference and will help continue to drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of KPI’s within the Equipment & Services department as well as our business.

A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:

  • Servicing equipment to the highest standards, inclusive of preventative maintenance and quality assurance work.
  • Ensuring equipment refurbishment is completed efficiently, using only the appropriate and necessary parts to repair equipment.
  • Ensuring parts and asset stocktakes and cycle counts are completed as per schedule. 
  • Ensuring standard work procedures are followed, correctly accounting for time at work using the appropriate Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos)
  • Actively participating in maintaining and developing technical skills, actively participate in training, development and assessment programs.

About You:

Customer focussed, energetic and well presented, you really take pride in what you do!  Plus, you must also bring:

  • Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
  • Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
  • Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualifications
  • Unrestricted and full driving licence
