About your new role…

We have an incredible opportunity join our team in this varied Logistics Coordinator role where you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth execution of warehouse operations, supporting inbound receivals, internal storage, outbound dispatch, and customer service in a safe and efficient manner. This role is responsible for the daily management of receiving, picking, and delivery functions while maintaining compliance with operational standards and service excellence. 

What you will be doing…

  • Manage daily warehouse activities to achieve operational targets and performance. 
  • Active involvement in all safety requirements – observations, hazard reporting. 
  • Active participation in investigations into warehouse incidents to verify and resolve 
  • Ensure key performance indicators which measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations are achieved – pick rates, pallet control, customer service results. 
  • Coordinate and communicate warehouse operational policies and procedures. 
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects 
  • Customer Service (Internal & External) – DIFOT, returns, delivery errors, NCRs 
  • Minimise damages through packing improvements and behaviour management 
  • Proactive participation in stock control from receipt through internal movements to customer delivery 
  • Manage CCEP, TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) and governmental governance and regulatory compliance procedures for the site related to operations. 
  • Actively participate in cross training for site continuity
