Are you an experienced Electrical Manager from an FMCG environment who’s ready to lead, influence, and make a real impact?

Based at Richlands, one of our busiest and most critical sites, this role puts you at the centre of operations—leading a high‑performing Maintenance team that keeps the business moving. If you thrive on ownership, visibility, and driving meaningful change, this is your moment.

As our Electrical Maintenance Leader, you’ll take charge of a skilled site‑based team, setting the standard for safety, reliability, and performance. You’ll be the driving force behind smarter maintenance, stronger partnerships with Production, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver results where it counts.

This is more than supervision—it’s leadership with influence.

What will you be doing?

No two days are the same, but you’ll typically:

  • Lead and inspire the Electrical Maintenance team to deliver safe, efficient, high‑quality outcomes
  • Plan and prioritise daily work to maximise plant uptime and reliability
  • Partner with Production to reduce unplanned downtime and lift site performance
  • Coordinate contractors and equipment SMEs for planned maintenance and projects
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and cost‑effective maintenance solutions
  • Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and quality standards—no compromises
  • Support budgets, manage complex work packages, and lead change with confidence

You’re a confident, hands‑on leader who backs their team and leads from the front. You bring:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification + A‑Grade Electrical Licence
  • Proven leadership experience in an FMCG environment
  • Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced setting
  • A passion for safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
