We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Team Manager to join one of our busiest sites!

Based in Richlands, you will be taking charge of our amazing Maintenance team, who are the main heartbeat of our operations.

This exciting role will see you taking ownership of a team responsible for provision of best practice support and customer service across the Production and Maintenance departments. You will be a key driver for identifying and delivering change initiatives/solutions and will be responsible for facilitating sustainable improvements that ensure Supply Chain objectives are achieved.

With a focus on optimizing the return on capital investment by ensuring that the immediate and future needs/objectives of  our Supply Chain are met as well as exceeded in regard to safety, cost, quality, environment, and service levels through excellence in project delivery, you will be tasked to lead the site-based Electrical maintenance team to deliver business performance whilst complying with CCEP’s policies, procedures, systems and standards.

A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:

  • Oversee the daily activities of the Electrical maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate daily workloads, prioritise tasks, and ensure the team meets operational goals.
  • Liaising with external contractors and equipment SME’s to executed planned maintenance activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of maintenance budgets, build relationships across functions, manage complex work packages, work with internal and external stakeholders, and manage change.
  • Support the site in achieving its targets via maximising / optimising plant uptime via the deployment of the Maintenance / Asset Care plan and supporting real time production activity, driving reliability and operational performance through innovation, reduction of unplanned down time, and partnering with production to maximise business unit output.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with all Safety Standards, Permit to Work and regulatory requirements.

This role will be required on site; however, we can offer flexible start / finish times. In this role, you can look forward to working day-time hours, Monday to Friday!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a confident, experienced leader who relishes in taking the initiative, influencing successful outcomes and especially loves what they do! In addition, to be successful in this role you must possess or have:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification
  • A Grade Electrical Licence and demonstrated experience in a FMCG Team Manager role
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate with various internal stakeholders
  • Ability to build team engagement
  • Radiation safety officers’ licence (preferred)
  • Diploma or equivalent in leadership and management (desirable)
