This is where you come in.
As Senior Manager Digital Acceleration, you drive the digitization of the Path to Purchase (P2P) and strengthen incidence across channels. You shape the vision, translate it into customer and channel plans, and work closely with key customers and internal teams to accelerate growth.
Success in this role means turning strong strategies into flawless, scalable execution with measurable business impact. You embed ROI‑driven thinking and ensure digital capabilities are adopted across the organization and by customers, transforming potential into real growth.
What you will be doing
Digitizing the Path to Purchase
- Lead the shift from traditional POS to digital touchpoints, using shopper and touchpoint insights to shape customer and channel plans
- Implement 360° Integrated Activation and drive key initiatives such as ordering kiosks and Demand Intelligence
Impact, Scale & ROI
- Ensure flawless execution and scale digital initiatives across customers and channels
- Embed ROI frameworks and track performance metrics to guide investment and continuous optimization
E‑Food & eB2B Growth
- Strengthen digital activation and incidence in E‑food (e.g., ABC(DE) at JET)
- Develop and integrate the eB2B strategy, identifying new digital B2B growth opportunities
Inspiration, Engagement & Alignment
- Redesign Digital Days and lead initiatives like the CCEP Asset Hub and 360 Integrated Activation
- Align with EU and cross‑functional teams to translate system strategies into clear execution plans
Retail Media & Capability Building
- Support long‑range retail media planning and build capabilities in data, tooling, dynamic content, and AI
- Promote digital adoption and a test‑and‑learn mindset across teams and customers
You are the original taste
You bring:
- A proven track record in providing digital solutions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of (digital) path-to-purchase dynamics
- A perfect execution mindset
- Analytical skills (systems, Excel, AI)
- Creativity, Shopper Marketing or Brand management experience
- Commercial skills and business sense to build and execute a plan, engage teams and evaluate performances
