People Services Operation Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

About the Job:

Responsible for all aspects of the hire-to-retire processes ensuring accuracy and validity of data. Moreover is responsible for the execution of the administrative procedures necessary to guarantee compliance with CCEP policies and with Portugal legal requirements and country demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the entire hire-to-retire process in Portugal;

• Gather information on hours worked for each employee, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc;

• Collect salary related information from all operations locations and update it into the payroll system;

• Register employees data in the systems and keep records updated;

• Process taxes and payment of employee benefits;

• Manage Compensation and Benefits;

• Execute procedures for health and accidents at work insurances according to company guidelines;

• Ensure preparation and execution of country legal requirements and forms;

• Be able to give support on company platforms used for payroll, employee data records, onboarding and other people services tools;

• Communicate to all employees’ information related to People Services processes and procedures, assuming the role of a facilitator and local ambassador of new guidelines and policies;

• Participation in CCEP projects to ensure the alignment of policies and procedures;

• Comply with the quality standards, KPI´s and SLA´s established for each process in your area.;

• Proposes improvements to the Business Processes and technology area of Payroll and/or Personal administration systems and processes;

• Responsible for the user tests in the affected systems in the Personnel Administration area, before implementing improvements in the productive/definitive environments;

• Manage payroll outsourcing provider to ensure SLA´s and payroll accuracy;

What the role requires:

• Experience preferred at least 2 years in similar position in a multinational company;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, business, accounting, administration or related field;

• Proven experience in payroll management;

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices;

• Good knowledge of labor legislation and Tax;

• Knowledge of office administration procedures with an ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized;

• Working knowledge and experience with SAP;

• Payroll and Microsoft Office, including intermediate skills with Excel;

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and case management system desired;

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels of the organization;

• Effective oral and written communication skills;

• High level of skill in handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality;

• Good time management skills, well organized and able to handle several tasks at same time;

• Strong customer service focus and great team player;

• Continuous improvement focus;

• Proactive and dynamic ways of working;

• Language capability Portuguese native speaker, Good level of English and Spanish (B1).
