Permanent role - 4 on 4 off Days and Nights
Are you looking for a new opportunity that will offer you new skills and a clear path into your career? You will be a key member of the team who will ensure the quality of our products. Working on shifts, you will take a flexible and co-operative approach to changes in the rota to meet the needs of the business and its customers, operating on either a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern or across 5 from 7, 8-hour shifts, days and nights schedule.
To give you an idea of how this role will look and feel, here are some of the areas you might be working in:
Operating a Forklift Truck to fulfil loading/unloading requirements for all internal and external customers Dispatch / Servicing Of Production Lines into the ASRS / Unloading Inbound pallets and placing them onto Infeed to go into ASRS Case Picking using a LLOP Inverting / Reworking pallets Sidcup is both a Manufacturing & Distribution Site comprising of 10 production lines producing 130m unit cases and moving 2.3m pallets per annum. Distribution operations hold circa. 25,000 pallets within the Automated Storage Retrieval Warehouse, pick up to 23,000 cases per day and load up to 240 vehicles per 24hrs. If successful you would be joining a team of 392 employees dedicated to Quality, Service, our customers but most of all our people.

We are looking for someone with:
