Job Purpose

The aim of the PPM CoE is to support the business and be known internally as a value creator through outstanding service and financial expertise. There is a strong service oriented culture to build and maintain the reputation of the PPM CoE.

The Centre comprises of a team of analysts who perform controlling, reporting and analytical activities to support all business units, supervised by managers leading each of the business units and key reporting areas with main focus on enabling effective decision support. The team is responsible for delivering timely and quality management reporting to support business decisions.

The position reports to the Supply Chain Finance Sr. Manager and will provide support to Supply chain and F&PA teams within the BU of responsibility. In addition, the Analyst will be in constant contact and collaboration with the Master Data team, RTR (accounting), CTC, STP (and other within the Shared Service Centre).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic agenda of the team & continuous improvement goals
  • Support the finance processes for FBN SC within the PPM CoE – actual, forecast, annual business plan reporting where applicable. Also various weekly, monthly and quarterly activities.
  • Support the financial analysis and reporting to Business Partners within FBN Supply Chain Finance and Central teams.
  • Liaise with various Stakeholders across Finance (COE, NPI, RTR, STP) and other functions on projects and in regards to activity routines
  • Ensure the variance explanations provided by the team are of high standards.
  • Help the team to perform root cause analysis of variances and help to work out proposals for structural improvement of processes.
  • Challenge the business and outcomes in a constructive way. Communicate and provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Support BU Finance teams in change management processes / projects and leveraging good case practices across CCEP
  • Provide support to ensure all Finance period end-closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Looking continuously with the team on further process improvements and standardization and harmonization of activities by using RPAs and BI tools

Group/Central- Supply Chain Finance, FP&A teams.

Experience required 

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of PPM processes
  • Good knowledge and understanding on Finance CCEP systems landscape
  • Inspirational personality
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP FICO, BO / BW, BPC
  • Solid understanding of Accounting principles
  • Leading a team with multi-country responsibilities in a complex environment.      

Language Capability & expert level

  • Fluent in English, second language (French) would be a great advantage

Education & Qualifications required 

  • Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
  • Post-qualification degree (ACA-CIMA/ACMA/ACCA) – Ideal, but not essential
