ApplyWe are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 markets, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks. We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.
What You’ll Become a Part Of
At CCEP, one of our core strategic priorities is to attract, develop, and retain exceptional and diverse talent. Our Finance Graduate Program is designed to bring this vision to life by building a strong pipeline of future Finance leaders and experts.
We believe in your potential from day one. Throughout this two‑year program, you’ll be challenged, supported, and empowered to grow—both professionally and personally. You will be paired with an experienced mentor (typically a Director or VP) who will guide you, share insights, and help you make the most of your development journey.
You will also benefit from a dedicated Learning & Development roadmap, including:
- A structured training curriculum aligned with our expectations for future leaders
- An Individual Development Plan (IDP) tailored to your goals
- Opportunities to participate in role‑specific and programme‑specific skill-building activities
What to Expect
Over the course of two years, you will complete 4–6 month rotations across different teams within our Finance organisation. These rotations are designed to give you a broad and practical understanding of how Finance supports business performance.
To maximize your learning, one rotation will take place in another CCEP market in Europe, providing invaluable international exposure.
Across your placements, you may rotate through areas such as:
- Finance Operations (Shared Services or local Business Units)
- Internal Audit
- Procurement
- Financial Risk & Controlling
- Additional project work depending on business priorities
By the end of the program, you will have gained experience across Financial Management, Operations, Strategy, and Business Partnering—preparing you for a future leadership role or a specialist role within one of our Finance functions.
What We Expect From You
We are looking for recent or soon‑to‑be graduates with a strong interest in building a career in Finance. To be eligible, you must:
- Be graduating in 2026 or have completed your Finance-related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last two years
- Have the ability and willingness to be geographically mobile, including temporary relocation to another European market for one rotation (all company‑supported)
- Be fluent in English
- Bring motivation, curiosity, and proactive ambition to develop yourself—and our business
Skills and Interests That Will Help You Succeed
We’re looking for graduates who bring not only academic knowledge but also the mindset and behaviours of future leaders. You will thrive if you have:
- A growth mindset and a positive approach to learning
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insight
