Job Purpose
The Manager NPI Costing will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis and calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for all products sold within CCEP territories, including a detailed cost breakdown of ingredients, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, freight, and taxes. This role also involves providing analytical and transactional support related to the Innovation process. S/he will manage the product costing sub-process within the Annual Business Planning (ABP), determining standard costs that impact Purchase Price Variance (PPV), manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, budgeting, and actuals. Additionally, the role will support new product developments (NPDs) with provisional and draft COGS to enable early forecasting. The position will drive and deliver product costing service excellence, with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to enhance service levels and overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to CCEP policies (e.g., approvals, financial guidelines, etc.).
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of end-to-end production costs and cost of goods sold for all products sold within CCEP territories.
• Handle escalated issues, queries, and needs that have not been resolved or require urgent attention.
• Manage the ABP standard costing activities, ensuring standard costs are delivered accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Proactively deliver reporting and insights to support costing reviews for ABP and NPD processes.
• Partner with business and finance stakeholders to model value chains supporting NPD.
• Ensure support is provided so all finance period-end closing procedures (including PPVs) are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time, providing insights and commentary on performance.
• Provide advice on production costs and COGS, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards, and internal controls
• Provide provisional and draft COGS to support early forecasting needs, including commentary and insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain, and BU Finance to ensure alignment on cost strategies and data accuracy.
• Coordinate and correspond with internal and external auditors as assigned.

Experience required
• Minimum of 3 years Finance, Data and/or Controlling experience, preferably in a multi-national organization and/or Shared Services environment.
• Solid experience with data analysis, data modelling and data design.
• Strong system knowledge: SAP
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI)

• Preferred: Post-qualification degree (MBA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/PMP)
