Manager, Supply Chain Strategy - Planning Systems, 18 month FTC

We’re excited to offer a Fixed Term Contract opportunity for a talented and forward-thinking Supply Chain Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team for 18 months, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.  Reporting to the AD Mgr, Supply Chain Strategy, you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across our supply chain network.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify opportunities for improvement across operations and logistics, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct internal and external supply chain analyses to enhance customer performance.
  • Deliver commercial insights to support cost-effective supply strategies.
  • Support the monthly Make-to-Market (MTM) process with accurate base data.
  • Contribute to long-range manufacturing planning through robust analytics.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain key reporting tools to support business performance.


What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in supply or production planning, ideally within FMCG or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP ECC and SAP APO is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a drive to deliver results under pressure.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.


Languages:

  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
