Job Purpose

Lead and project manage continuous improvement initiatives of transactional process within the Shared Services Centre (SSC), using tools such as Six Sigma and LEAN, to support the Shared Service Centre into a “best in class” organization. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess finance transaction activities and identify opportunities to make improvements  
  • Maximize transactional process capability through reviewing and carrying out detailed end-to-end process analysis on “as is” and “to be” processes and lead the transition from the former to the latter 
  • Document processes and sets up and run process workshops for review and approval of improved processes 
  • Ensure all process changes are well communicated and deliver all end user training and support 
  • Ensure Change Management plans related to all Operational Excellence initiatives are developed, implemented, and well executed 
  • Ensure all legal, statutory and tax requirements are met, and the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained when processes are amended 
  • Ensure SAP and other relevant systems and technology tools deliver maximum value to the business, as defined by customer needs 
  • Works to ensure the achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys 
  • Ensure CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g., approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)

Requirements

  • Accounting standards and principles in any of the key accounting areas of Source-to-Pay or Customer-To-Cash 
  • Fluent in English
  • Project managing process improvement and implementation is required
  • Enterprise resource system preferably SAP  
  • Business School or Finance Degree
  • Lean/Six Sigma certified from a respected company or institution
