Prof, Coaching App Specialist (temporary role - 6 months)

Job Purpose

The Coaching App Support Specialist is a 6-month project role dedicated to supporting the Coaching App on the My Performance tool. The primary focus of this role is to plan and execute enhancements in the process of activating and deactivating users within the app. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate closely with the L&D Commercial team, Business Process Transformation (BPT), and CAP Gemini Service Delivery support team.

Key Responsibilities

The role will be fully focused on the Coaching App which is a tailored solution by SalesForce that serves Business Development Manager and KAM roles in the Commercial Function. The role will focus on the following topics:

  • Create an automated interface to ensure easier management of the app (activation, deactivation of employees and assignment of coaching cards)
  • For countries (e.g. Germany and Spain where people are not Performance manageable) ensure the correct data is extracted and delivered to CAP Gemini
  • Design and implement the process where only one coaching card is assigned per role.
  • Design and implement an efficient process for temp workforce.

Scope:

6 months

  • Define scope for enhancements Frontend and Backend
  • Collaborate with CapG and internal stakeholders to implement the enhancements
  • Automation of processes as much as applicable (e.g., deactivation for leavers (potentially via RPA)

Experience required

  • EDP knowledge (MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP, SalesForce)
  • Solid knowledge Excel (Pivot, formula)
  • Knowledge of training processes is considered an advantage
  • Project management experience an advantage

Language Capability & expert level

  • Essential: English
  • other CCEP language (will be an advantage)

Education & Qualifications required

  • University degree in Human resources or related
