Job Purpose

The Shared Services CTC Credit Management Professional will be responsible for managing customer credit to facilitate further product orders whilst balancing risk. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CTC service level and effectiveness expected throughout. Key Focus will be process optimization and insurance claims overall management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with each BU to build positive, constructive relationships and works in partnership with each to drive an effective and smooth deployment of Credit Management processes into the SSC
  • Supports the transition team (where appropriate) to ensure the successful migration of all Credit Management and wider CTC in-scope activities to Shared Services
  • Provides feedback and support to the Credit Management Manager  and Associate Director in driving end-to-end standard Credit Management/CTC processes across the CCEP business
  • Assists in developing best practice processes and highlighting opportunities for process improvement
  • Proactively improves the quality of Credit Management through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement of Credit Management processes
  • Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc)
  • Works to ensure continuous process improvements, such as process automatization, credit scorecard etc.
  • Coordinates credit insurance claims submission with all relevant internal and external parties (Collection, disputes and CMA teams, Credit insurers and brokers.
  • Ensures that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
  • Approves (or escalates) credit limit recommendations

Experiencerequired

  • A good understanding of wider Customer to Cash area processes
  • Time management, planning and organization
  • ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
  • MS Office (Excel)
  • Minimum of 2 years Credit Management/Accounts Receivable experience in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment

Language Capability & expert level

  • Essential: German and English

Education & Qualifications required

  • Bachelor's/ Master degree in Economics / Finance    
  • 3 years Credit risk management experience with a minimum of 2 years in Customer to cash in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
