Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Field Sales Services team for a dynamic and proactive individual, who will be responsible for the execution of a broad scope of tasks in the Field Sales Services.
This role is pivotal in driving the inbound and outbound communication to Field Sales representatives and ensuring prompt, effective and collaborative support to all stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales Communication
- Work with various stakeholders like National Sales, Field Sales senior management, Commercial Development to gather communication inputs and prepare/update communication material, also with the aim of engaging commercial teams on brands, categories, product launches, plans, promotions, targets, best practices around activation, specific initiatives
- Perform regular (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) communication to Field Sales community and ad-hoc communications (inbound/outbound), including promotional briefs, store lists, newsflashes, range review information, etc.
- Oversee and coordinate data collection from Field Sales teams via surveys (Microsoft Forms and Salesforce)
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and steer routine and ad-hoc meetings with relevant stakeholders, whilst driving the agenda of the meetings and ensuring accurate and clear capturing of information, actions, ownership and deadlines
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to look for opportunities to improve processes and outputs
POS (Point-of-Sale) Materials Management
- Track and report on POS usage and availability
- Liaison with relevant teams to order POS
- Create selling assets for POS if needed
Creation of digital assets and Content management
- Create clear data-driven and visually appealing selling and brand slides upon request, using Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop to support the Field Sales teams in their meetings and negotiations with the retailers
- Track and challenge, if needed, the usage of created assets
- Maintenance of retailer-specific content on the one-stop platform used by the Field Sales teams
Compensation and Incentive Management
- Monitor sales incentive target achievements (monthly/quarterly)
- Support calculating ad-hoc Incentives (e.g., prizes, targets)
While the responsibilities outlined above form the core of this role, Field Sales Services is responsible for a wide range of operational and communication tasks. Depending on team workload and business priorities, you may be required to support / manage additional operational activities as needed. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset are essential to ensure seamless support across the function.

Education & Qualifications required
- University degree the area of business studies (marketing, strategy, management, communication, business administration)

- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus
