Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing 

12+ Month Fixed Term Contract 

What do you become a part of –

A new opportunity to join CCEP and ensure the business receives the appropriate operational and transactional oriented tax advice in relation to transfer pricing, focusing on supporting our compliance and controversy activities.

What you will do –

  • Lead the transfer pricing compliance within the CCEP business, including Master Files, Local Files, Country-by-Country Reporting, transfer pricing filings etc.
  • Lead the operational transfer pricing calculations, including frequent review of the impact of quarterly invoicing.
  • Support on the definition of transfer pricing policies and ensure that they are properly maintained and implemented.
  • Support the benefit test analysis as well as preparation of defence files with respect to all intercompany transactions.
  • Support on transfer pricing audits in all CCEP jurisdictions, and collaborate with BU Tax Leads to address queries related to transfer pricing, including the preparation of ad hoc reports requested by the tax authorities.
  • Support on risk assessment and tax provisions for transfer pricing within the group.
  • Partner with various stakeholders across SSC Finance (Record-to-Report, PPM) and other functions (Customer Service and Supply Chain, Corporate Commercial Development, Legal, Treasury, Procurement) with regard to ongoing transfer pricing projects and compliance
  • Developing transfer pricing training materials for partners in the Tax, Finance and business focused teams as well as supporting the development of other colleagues in the transfer pricing team.

What we expect from you –

  • Expert in transfer pricing
  • General knowledge of accounting rules
  • General knowledge of international tax
  • Power BI as a plus
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Master in tax as a plus
  • Project management qualification as a plus
