Job Purpose
• To support and back up the TL/Manager in the creation of the daily work plan
• To ensure accuracy while processing and reviewing CMA payments, contracts and accruals
• To prioritise effectively, focusing on what adds the most value to changing business needs and minimise the impacts on the period end financials
• To participate in all assigned reporting activities related to the day-to-day work or month end.
Key Responsibilities
• To process CMA payments in accordance to internal procedures and SOX controls.
• To actively participate in all assigned projects
• To allocate CMA related payments to the correct accruals created.
• To review and validate received contracts and follow up on outstanding ones in due course
• To regularly review queries pending with the Sales team
• To submit pricing instructions in Promax by investment type, sub-channel and key account
• To support IT, SSC and the BU with any system bugs or developments and projects as and when required
• To regularly communicate to Sales & Finance the deadlines and status updates for submissions, authorisations
• To regularly review the CMA Invoice Processing database and ensure that disputed or aged invoices are prioritised for review
• To actively participate in all assigned projects

• Internal: SSC team: Service Lines, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Reporting, Internal Controls
• External: External audit teams,Customers
Experience required
• Ability to work unsupervised and be self-disciplined
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP systems highly desirable
• Attention to details
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial
Language Capability & expert level
• English: Essential
• Other CCEP language (Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian or German) is a plus.
Education & Qualifications required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or similar
• Previous experience of minimum 1-2 years
• Previous experience in a Finance environment in a similar operation is an advantage
