Sr Assistant, People Services Admin Germany

Job Purpose 
Responsible for high quality and on time efficient administration of end-to-end employee life cycle processes to all the relevant employees. 

Key Responsibilities 

1.    Providing end to end employee life cycle activities from contract generation to separations, ensuring Success Factors is updated in an accurate and timely manner 
2.    Execute updating personal data and organisational structure changes in Master Data
3.    Coordinate mass upload of data by site for pay negotiations (local or global pay changes) as required 
4.    Respond to employee requests via Service Now (request management system) in line with service level agreements 
5.    Ensure client privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client reports or information 
6.    Provide general admin support to the People Services Co-ordinator and Team Leader/Managers
7.    Ensure compliance with the internal/external audit processes
8.    Support training of new starters.

9.    Create/ update and enhanced of deskтop procedures

Experience preferred

  • Admin / People & Culture experience 

Qualifications required

  • Very good German knowledge
  • Completed commercial vocational training or qualification with focus on human resources
  • Professional experience in a comparable role
