We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 markets, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks. We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.

What you become part of:

This is a unique opportunity to join our award-winning Global Business Resilience team. We are seeking a Senior Manager to manage and develop our incident management and business continuity tools and technology, provide training and support to users, while also supporting business resilience activities across Europe and APS.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in resilience, a technical mindset, and a desire to grow into a hybrid role that blends business resilience with technology system management and user enablement. The successful candidate will be based in Europe and will report to the Associate Director, Business Resilience.

What to expect:

Business Resilience Technical Systems

•    Manage and develop a suite of technology systems that are managed by the Business Resilience team to support business continuity and incident management activities across the organisation.
•    Provide first-line support to users, including delivery of training, maintaining user guides, and troubleshooting issues.
•    Liaise with the central IT team and external vendors to ensure that technology systems are working optimally to support resilience and response capabilities.
•    Learn and apply basic configuration language to maintain and enhance workflows, dashboards, and forms (training will be provided but some previous experience of managing systems is essential).
•    Work with central IT and external vendors to ensure that platform updates are applied and interfaces with other CCEP systems are managed, in line with required security standards.
•    Develop and own CCEP’s roadmap and development backlog for Business Resilience technology systems, taking account of vendor product roadmaps, internal user feedback, and identified opportunities for continuous improvement.
•    Deliver training and onboarding for new users at all levels within the organisation (including senior leaders).
•    Maintain and develop platform documentation and supporting materials to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
•    Have a keen interest in learning new technologies that could further support enhancing CCEP’s resilience, such as the application of artificial intelligence (AI).
•    Maintain the Business Resilience team´s SharePoint and intranet pages.

Business Continuity & Resilience
•    Working with global colleagues to support the delivery of the Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) activities in Europe, ensuring that priority sites, functions and business units maintain comprehensive and up-to-date continuity plans.
•    Support CCEP’s implementation of, alignment to, and continuous improvement in relation to our regulatory and contractual obligations – in particular CERD, NIS2 and The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Business Resilience Framework (BRF) – ensuring that CCEP’s BCR arrangements are consistently aligned with TCCC standards and wider regulatory expectations.
•    Support the maintenance of the ISO 22301-certified Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
•    Liaise with country-based Incident Management Teams (IMTs) and Business Continuity Leads/Champions to ensure local ownership and engagement in BCR activities and assist, where required, in the delivery of key deliverables such as Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
•    Support the coordination and facilitation of training, tabletop exercises and simulations, including developing bespoke scenarios for Incident Management Teams (IMTs), with occasional collaboration with TCCC to conduct joint test and exercise scenarios to validate response plans and capabilities.
•    Drive improvements to standardise and simplify BCR processes.
•    Create and maintain BCR data in central tools to facilitate global KRI reporting (in collaboration with the Enterprise Risk Management team).
•    Support on multiple one-off BCR projects, seeking opportunities to lead where appropriate.
•    Occasional business travel (within Europe) for in-person team meetings, training, and ad-hoc site visits.
•    Be the single point of contact for business continuity within home country location and provide support to local incident management teams (IMTs) as needed.
