Job Porpuse:

• Delivers the BU Operational Excellence Performance Improvement program by working with the accountable Central OE teams and OE site managers (SOEL).
• Represent Iberia in CCEP Supply Chain OE network activities (assessments, workshops, training events, learning exchange, cross-BU projects).
• Implementation of performance improvement through the application of OE principles and methods

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Operational Excellence program across all Iberian production and logistics centers.
• Analysis of processes to ensure their effectiveness, simplicity, and scalability.
• Provide and adapt existing methodology to ensure that projects achieve the expected results, measured in cost savings, water and energy consumption (sustainability), equipment utilization, and productivity.
• Structured reporting of all improvement activities (projects, workshops, quick wins, etc.) to enable consistent and homogeneous tracking.
• Provide and adapt existing trainings to ensure that the capability program achieve the expected results.
• Coordinate training programs delivered by Central OE in the Supply Chain area.
• Meetings coordination with different areas to ensure all opportunities are aligned
• Solid understanding of internal functional roles in order to proactively collaborate and influence the team
• Acts as technical expert and consultant partner
• Deep collaboration within Central OE team about the CCEP program implementation

Travel required: able to travel to all Iberian sites – 10-20% travel

What do we expect from you? 

 Academic Education required:

• University graduate, with degree in Engineering , supply chain & logistics, operations management, food technology, or similar.

Experience required

• 3-5 years of experience in Project management.
• Experience in continuous improvement is required.
• Experience and knowledge in industrial processes and supply chain.
• Candidates with more general business qualifications may be suitable depending on maturity and length of exposure to supply chain environment in work experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Functional technical skills required:

• Supports the OE Strategy, working closely with OE local managers (SOEL) 
• Support SOEL to deliver the performance improvement plan, ensuring the sustainability of routines, data collection and standards implementation
• Work with the SOEL to carry out gap analysis and create action plans to deliver the target improvements
• Deliver practical training and coaching SOEL and local teams in continuous improvement techniques (lean manufacturing, 5S, standardization, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, 5Whys….)
• Support to identify and share best practices with the rest of OE team, capable of being replicated in other plants and warehouses
