Job Purpose

This Supply Chain Finance Analyst will perform daily supply chain finance activities, including reporting, analytics, forecasts and budgets preparation. The role is required to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures to deliver tight financial control. The individual will need to demonstrate an independent approach, setting their own agenda to deliver accountabilities, working on problems of diverse complexity and scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide central data inputs for the monthly Supply Chain Finance Actuals/Forecasting process
  • Provide ad hoc reporting & analysis on Central Supply Chain and Supply Chain Finance data
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide end user support and guidance
  • Analyze data through reports and provide initial commentary on performance
  • Support analysis of historical trends for the purposes of specific reporting requests, utilising analytics to drive continuous improvement
  • Collate and prepare the information required for budgeting and forecasting to provide the basis for management decision making.
  • Present information in a coherent and logical way using PowerPoint
  • Provides insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement
  • Pro-actively searches opportunities for reporting standardization and simplification within his / her area of expertise
  • Ensure CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)

Experience required

  • Understand the Supply Chain Finance environment and needs of the business and relevant stakeholders
  • Establish credibility and build the foundation of relationships with business partners
  • Understand the needs of stakeholders and clearly communicate financial insights
  • Understand financial requirements and potential impacts of proposed initiatives and projects. Provide relevant data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Basic understanding of financial systems & processes
  • MS Office Suite Skills, especially Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint & Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc.)
  • Experience using Power BI (not essential)
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP
  • Some understanding of SAP BO and BW
  • Knowledge and understanding of the business performance & planning processes
  • Experience in Supply Chain

Language Capability & expert level

  • English : essential

Education & Qualifications required

  • Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Economics and International Business
  • Some understanding of SAP BO and BW
