This is your opportunity to work at the heart of our Customer Logistics team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Collaboration, where every day brings new challenges, exciting projects, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to partner for our customers on all things Customer Service & Supply Chain.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and co-create tailor-made key account plans that align with our customers’ vision and our commercial strategy.
  • Connect the dots internally — from Customer Service to Commercial, Transport, Planning, Sales, Finance, and more — to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement end-to-end supply chain improvements that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
  • Champion our Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability goals by embedding them into customer projects.
  • Monitor daily operations and take proactive actions to ensure we consistently deliver top-tier service.

Who You Are

  • You hold a Master’s degree and bring at least 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • You’re fluent in French, Dutch and English — and even more fluent in building trust.
  • You’re a natural connector with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • You think in solutions, act with purpose, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You’re analytical, process-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • You’re passionate about customer success and supply chain innovation.
