Job Purpose

The CoE team comprises several areas of expertise. These are: Sales & Margin, FP&A, Group Reporting, Supply Chain, and Operational Excellence.

The Supply Chain Analyst will perform daily supply chain activities, including reporting, analytics, forecasts and budgets preparation.

The SC CAPEX Analyst supports and facilitates capital investment process across supply chain and total CCEP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide central data inputs for the Mgr Capital Finance AD to help identify trends, performance deviations and performance opportunities for decision making at the executive level
  • Supports CCEP Capital projects with business cases
  • Coordination of capital approval for CCEP for all capital above certain threshold
  • Provide raw data reports and comments to facilitating LT decision making on capital prioritisation for CCEP
  • Alignment with IMO and In market SCF leads on capital requirements
  • Provide ad hoc reporting & analysis identifying capital and depreciation risks for CCEP and supporting development of action plans to prevent risks impacting the business, both short and long term.
  • Playing a key role in the alignment with other finance teams on the capital component of efficiency related projects across CCEP. Working closely with relevant stakeholders and driving alignment (i.e. BU IMO team, BU Finance teams).
  • Maintaining and enhancing a strong relationship with SCF BU teams, and peers in other BU’s, to drive a consistent approach to capital processes, and maximise best practice sharing.
  • Ensuring capital transactions, policies, systems, and procedures meet CCEP’s short and long term business objectives and comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
  • Support the coordination of all CCEP capital approvals over a certain threshold through CCEP’s capital approval processes (LT and BOD).
  • Pro-actively searches opportunities for reporting standardization and simplification within his / her area of expertise

Experience required

  • Strong Excel Skills, SharePoint, PowerPoint & Excel, (including pivot tables, charts etc.)
  • Understanding of SAP BO and BW
  • Good understanding of financial systems & processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of the business performance & planning processes
  • Interact with Accounting, PTP and Audit

Education & Qualifications required

  • University Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
  • Post-qualification degree (ACA-CIMA/ACMA/ACCA) – ideal, but not essential
