The Opportunity

Do you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering great customer service?

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team, based out of our Kewdale site, servicing the Perth Metro area on a Full-Time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be provided with a take-home company vehicle to support our sales operations by responding to and repairing breakdowns of beverage equipment installed at customer sites. You’ll work across a broad range of equipment, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage units, and coffee machines.

This role operates on a rotating 7-day roster, with shift patterns that include weekend work and participation in an on-call roster to support our customers' operational requirements.

About the Role

  • Participating in regular safety toolbox talks and uphold a strong safety culture.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage equipment at customer sites.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and software issues efficiently.
  • Delivering technical support and training to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and reports.
  • Complying with OHS regulations and company policies.
  • Participating in workplace inspections and audits.
  • Managing service parts inventory and handle tools responsibly.
  • Travelling to various customer locations, sometimes at short notice.
  • Communicating professionally and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Staying up to date with equipment and technology advancements.

About You

  • Trade qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Refrigeration.
  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Brings previous field service, maintenance or customer-facing experience..
  • Enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships
  • Can work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and stay organised in the field.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Communicates effectively and works collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
