We are seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Intelligence for our Customer Service & Supply Chain (CS&SC) Strategy & Transformation team. Reporting to the Director CS&SC Strategy & Transformation and based in one of our EU HQ's.
The Senior Manager, Strategy & Intelligence plays a critical role in shaping the future direction of CS&SC by delivering high‑quality strategic plans, intelligence, insights and executive‑level communications. The role leads the generation and synthesis of forward‑looking insights, supports strategic decision‑making, and ensures close alignment between strategy, planning (LRP/ABP) and transformation.
Acting as a connector across CS&SC, Transformation, and external stakeholders, this role ensures that CS&SC strategic narratives are coherent, evidence‑based, and compelling, both internally and externally.
What to Expect:
• Strategic Planning & Papers
Lead the development of CS&SC strategic plans, discussion papers and decision documents, translating complex analysis into clear strategic choices and recommendations.
• Strategic Intelligence & Future Insights
Generate, curate and synthesise external and internal intelligence (market, macro, competitors, technology, regulation) to inform CS&SC strategy over the mid to long term (18 months+).
• LRP & ABP Strategic Input
Push future focused insights into the Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Planning (ABP) processes, ensuring plans are grounded in forward looking assumptions and strategic ambition.
• Opportunity & Scenario Assessment
Lead structured opportunity assessments, scenario planning and option analysis to support investment decisions, trade offs and prioritisation across CS&SC.
• Strategic Workshop Facilitation
Design and facilitate high impact strategic workshops for CS&SC leadership and cross functional teams, enabling alignment, clarity and decision making.
• Executive & External Communications
Prepare high quality executive level and external decks and narratives on behalf of CS&SC, ensuring consistency of story across LT, EWC, Board level and external engagements.
• Strategy–Transformation Cohesion
Partner closely with the Transformation team to ensure CS&SC strategy, value creation ambitions and transformation roadmaps are fully aligned and mutually reinforcing.
• Cross Functional Stakeholder Leadership
Act as a central strategic partner to BU and Functional strategy leads, connecting insights, aligning priorities and shaping enterprise wide CS&SC perspectives.
• Ad hoc Strategic Support
Support the Director, Strategy & Transformation, on priority strategic topics, deep dive analyses and emerging issues impacting CS&SC performance and direction.
• Strategic Narrative & Standards
Shape and uphold standards for CS&SC strategic content, ensuring clarity, quality, consistency and a strong strategic storyline across all outputs.
Skills and Essentials:
Expereience:
• 8+ years of previous working experience ideally with a performance management mindset

• Strategic Insight & Synthesis
Ability to translate complex internal and external signals into clear strategic insights and choices.
• Executive Communication & Storytelling
Strong capability to craft and deliver compelling, executive level and external narratives.
• Strategic Analysis & Decision Support
Skilled in opportunity assessment, scenario analysis and recommendation led problem solving.
• Influence & Stakeholder Leadership
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Workshop Facilitation & Alignment
Experienced in designing and facilitating strategic workshops that drive clarity, alignment and outcomes.
• Planning & Transformation Acumen
Deep understanding of how strategy informs LRP/ABP and translates into transformation and value creation.
Qualifications required:
• MBA/Masters/Degree/Professional Qualification (e.g. CFA, CIMA, ACCA, IIA) in one of the following areas is an advantage: Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance
• Fluent English and Travel required
